This is a series of hands-on meetings where we map out the flow of all sales activities in your company, creating a detailed business map. The result is visual documentation of processes, identification of areas for automation and implementation recommendations.

The cost of the workshop is 5000 PLN net, and this amount becomes an advance payment for implementation if you decide to continue cooperation.

The whole process takes about 2-3 weeks from the time of the decision to cooperate, depending on the pace of organizing meetings and answering questions.
