As of May 25, 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Official Journal of the EU L119 of May 4, 2016) ("RODO") applies. Accordingly, Dolęga Ventures Sp. z o.o. provides the following information required by the RODO and regarding the processing of personal data.

When collecting and processing Personal Data, the Administrator shall comply with due diligence and the principles of personal data protection provided for in the RODO. In order to implement the principle of transparency in the processing of Personal Data, the Administrator publishes this Policy informing about the scope of processing and the basic principles. Despite the safeguards applied by the Administrator, each User is obliged to observe the principles of security and due diligence himself.

LEGAL BASIS OF DATA PROCESSING, PURPOSES OF PROCESSING AND CATEGORIES OF DATA
Personal data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO - to carry out cooperation, or on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO - to carry out the legitimate interests of the Administrator, as well as:
(1) When using the Site:
The Administrator collects Personal Data of persons using the Site or the social network - LinkedIn, including: name, surname, e-mail address, username, telephone number, IP address, identifier/information collected through cookies and other similar technologies, and who are not registered Users i.e. who do not have a profile on the Site, are processed by the Administrator:
- In order to provide services electronically, including providing content on the Site - the necessity of processing for the performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the DPA).
- For analytical and statistical purposes, concerning the analysis of Users' activities and preferences, with the aim of improving the quality of the services provided - the Administrator's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) RODO).
- For the purpose of establishing, investigating or defending against possible claims - the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) RODO).
- For marketing purposes regarding the Administrator's products and services - the Administrator's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the DPA).
(2) If you make contact through the contact form on the Site or LinkedIn:
- In order to identify the User, handle the inquiry and contact back - the necessity of processing for the performance of the contract or to take action at the request of the User before concluding the contract (Article 6(1)(b) RODO).
- For analytical and statistical purposes regarding inquiries received, to improve the quality of service and communication functionalities - the Administrator's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) RODO).
(3) When executing contracts with customers, contractors or other entities:
- for the purpose of executing and servicing contracts, the Administrator may process the personal data of owners, representatives and contact persons appointed for cooperation - the Administrator's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO), which is to effectively execute the contract and ensure that its rights can be protected.
RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data will be disclosed to the Administrator's employees and to external entities with which the Administrator engages in cooperation, solely for the purpose of performing contractual activities. Personal data will be disclosed only to the extent necessary to perform activities arising from the nature of the contractual activities being carried out.
TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN GEOGRAPHIC AREA (EOG)
Personal data is not transferred outside the EEA.
DATA RETENTION PERIOD
Personal data will be kept for no longer than necessary to provide answers/clarifications or the duration of cooperation, after which time it may be processed for the period of limitation of possible claims.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
You have the right to access your personal data, to obtain a copy, to have your personal data rectified, to object to data processing, to request deletion of data, to request restriction of data processing, to have your personal data transferred.
If you find that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the RODO, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
The content of the Privacy Policy is reviewed on an ongoing basis and updated as necessary.
