We organize training courses subsidized by the National Training Fund (KFS) for companies and municipalities throughout Poland.

Before we started working with Sailes, we were handling around 120 applications per month and were already at the limits of our capacity. Preparing a single paper application took up to four hours, certificates were generated manually in Canva one by one, and no one in the company—neither salespeople nor administrators—knew what stage a given case was at. As we said internally: "if the administration can't keep up, everything comes to a standstill."

After Sailes implemented the Monday.com system with automations, we now have one central place for the entire process—from lead, through application, to certificates and invoices. The online form that the customer fills out automatically pulls data into the system. Certificates are generated automatically.
